In November 2025, during Responsible Gaming Week, we had the pleasure of conducting two ESG training sessions for Totalizator Sportowy – one for management, and another for the operational team.
The first meeting took place at the company’s headquarters in Warsaw. We focused on the strategic aspects of ESG: the role of the board and management in overseeing sustainable development processes, the regulatory context (CSRD), Totalizator’s role in shaping responsible gaming attitudes, and the alignment of ESG goals with the organization’s long-term business strategy.
On the second day in Rybienko Leśne, we conducted training for the operational team. We went through the complete ESG implementation cycle – from building processes, through collecting non-financial data, engaging employees, to reporting in compliance with new standards. We placed particular emphasis on reliable ESG data collection and practical linking of initiatives with organizational goals.
What impressed us the most?
We were greatly impressed by the knowledge, responsibility, and awareness of the mission that Totalizator Sportowy possesses – visible in both groups of participants! 👏
The management team asked strategic questions about the long-term implications of regulations, while the operational team actively participated in workshops, sharing experiences from their areas of responsibility. It is precisely this kind of energy and substantive discussion that gives training sessions real meaning.
The feedback we received was extremely motivating – participants appreciated the positive, engaging atmosphere, practical references, the consideration of Totalizator Sportowy’s specific context and the entire capital group in relation to ESG, sustainable development, and responsible gaming.
We would like to thank Mariusz Błaszkiewicz, Joanna Tomaszewska, Joanna Strzelczyk and Eliza Tyszka for their openness, engagement, and substantive contribution, which made these sessions truly valuable and meaningful.
At the same time, the training sessions highlighted how essential collaboration across roles and levels is in building a coherent, responsible, and effective ESG approach within the organisation.
