About Event
At a time of transition, Artha Consulting Network is hosting a special event which will gather clients and friends to discuss one of the most fundamental questions for business today: how to successfully drive transformation – from vision to real impact.
As shown in the agenda below, we will be hearing from leading experts, including Matt Scott, creator of the UK’s Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT) Disclosure Framework and transition planning methodology, Adriana Cruz Felix from rating agency Moody’s, Stanisław Barański, director of sustainability and energy transition office at ORLEN, Martin Zenker, head of group ESG office at UNIQUA and Jens Peter Aabyen, senior vice president at Goodvalley.
The event will also provide an opportunity to gather together as a community, share best practice and celebrate the official launch of the Artha Consulting Network.

14.00-14.15 - Official Welcome
14.15-14.45 - Developing a Strategic Approach
Speakers:
Irena Pichola and Matt Scott will introduce the topic of transition planning. The panel will build on the guidance of the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT), adopted as global best practice by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). Matt will discuss both the theory and practice of climate transition planning, including how it supports companies to move beyond compliance to strategic transformation in response to a rapidly changing legal, regulatory and market environment.
Irena will present the vision of Artha Consulting as a strategic partner to help organisations navigate the transition, moving from vision to impact. And together, Matt and Irena will discuss the importance of the organizational environment, leadership engagement and trust as key factors for effective transformation.

Speakers:
Stanisław Barański, Director of Sustainability and Energy Transition Office at Orlen SA will share experience with the Transition Planning process.
15.05-15.25 - Goodvalley's Path to Transition
Speakers:
Jens Peter Aabyen, Senior Vice President at Goodvalley, will present Goodvalley’s Transition Plan.
15.25-15.45 - The Transition Planning Journey of UNIQA
Speakers:
Martin Zenker, Head of Group ESG Office at UNIQA, will present UNIQA’s Sustainability and Climate Strategy.
15.45-16.15 - Roadmap to the Transformation Journey
Speakers:
Artha presents a Roadmap to the transformation process – a strategic plan that guides organizations step by step through change, helping them effectively achieve their goals. With clear stages and practical guidance, the roadmap supports a smooth and efficient business transformation.

Speakers:
During this panel, Adriana and Maciej will guide participants through the critical role of sustainable finance expertise in supporting decision-makers on their path to successful transition. Adriana will explain how transition risks are expected to intensify over the long term despite policy shifts, and why maintaining momentum is essential as key drivers remain unchanged. Through case studies, Adriana will explain the key elements to ensure a credible transition strategy and how sustainable finance can be used to enable the financing of transition plans.
